Agreement to terms
By accessing or using signr.app (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
Marlink Technologies (operating name of Marlink Trading SRL) operates the Site from Romania, Romania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Romania , without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The competent courts of Romania will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
