What is Signr?#
Signr is a modern e-signature platform that lets you create, send, and manage legally binding digital signatures. Built for teams that need a fast, reliable signing experience without the complexity.
Core Concepts#
Signr is built around three core primitives:
Templates#
Templates are reusable document blueprints. Upload a DOCX file, map signature fields and variables, and reuse it across multiple signing requests.
Workflows#
Workflows define the signing flow — who signs, in what order, and what happens next. Chain multiple templates together, set signing sequences, and configure notifications.
Envelopes#
Envelopes are individual signing requests. They combine a workflow with specific recipient details and track the entire lifecycle: sent → viewed → signed → completed.
How It Works#
